Objective: regain energy, regulate blood sugar, promote body composition and slow metabolic aging.

Dose: 5 to 10 mg, 3×/week (e.g. Monday / Wednesday / Friday) — start at 5 mg then adjust
Cycle: 4 to 6 weeks, then 2 to 4 weeks off
