Kisspeptin-10
The natural conductor of the reproductive axis (LH/FSH).
iThe essentials in 10 seconds
- Natural conductor of the reproductive axis (brain → sex hormones)
- Stimulates the release of LH and FSH — and therefore testosterone / ovulation
- Subcutaneous injection, under strict hormonal monitoring
- Also explored for fertility and desire
IWhat is Kisspeptin-10?
Kisspeptin-10 is a peptide produced by the brain that commands the release of GnRH, the signal that triggers the production of LH and FSH by the pituitary — and therefore sex hormones (testosterone, estrogens). It sits at the very top of the hormonal chain, making it a tool for exploring and supporting the reproductive axis.
Hormonal peptide: any use must be supervised by a medical assessment and follow-up (risk of axis imbalance). Contraindicated in case of hormone-dependent tumor.
IIThe benefits
Stimulates the natural cascade of the reproductive axis (brain → pituitary → gonads).
May support natural testosterone production by stimulating LH.
May trigger LH release — explored in fertility and ovulation induction.
The supported hormonal axis may affect libido and sexual function.
Medical exploration pathway in fertility support.
Used to test the reproductive axis response in specialized settings.
IIIRecommendations & how to use
Route: subcutaneous injection (abdomen) · Frequency: according to the established hormonal protocol (often pulsatile or 1×/day) · Storage: refrigerated (2–8 °C).
Treatment mandatorily supervised: hormonal assessment before, during, and after.

IVThe two protocols
Objective: support natural sex hormone production according to the profile.
Monitoring: hormonal assessment (LH, FSH, testosterone / estradiol), tolerance.
Objective: support the reproductive axis in a fertility approach.
Any fertility approach is conducted as a team with a specialist.
VProtocol rules
- Scrupulously follow the hormonal assessment
- Sleep and stress management (axis regulators)
- Note effects and tolerance
- Store vials in the refrigerator
- Combine with follow-up by the attending physician / specialist
- Never self-medicate: hormonal peptide
- Do not exceed the dose or extend without monitoring
- Do not continue without hormonal assessment
- Never mix peptides in the same vial
- Hormone-dependent tumor, pregnancy: contraindication
